I have read many books over the last few years, but this is the one that started my journey. It made me sit up and pay attention to how I was eating. Dr. Campbell writes in an easy to understand manner, but he includes striking evidence that will make you rethink your consumption of meat and dairy products. I highly recommend this book if you are genuinely interested in living a long and healthy life.
