Wow….I’m now 11.2 lbs down in three weeks. I continue to have success focusing on fruits, vegetables and some beans/grains.
It is wonderful NOT to be constantly thinking about food. Now that is real FREEDOM! I enjoyed some wine this weekend and didn’t feel guilty…not for a moment.
I finally feel that I am truly committed to my goal of dropping 30-35 lbs and being healthy. The first 10 lbs are gone…yipee!
