Day 6 (Jan. 6)
Morning Weight: down .8 lb, with a total loss of 5.6 lbs since Day 1.
Not much time to write today.
I did not work out in the morning…way too tired. Just getting back into my sleep routine now that I am back teaching after the break.
Had my fresh juice and three smoothies through the day. I also enjoyed three mandarin oranges in the afternoon.
A fruit-only smoothie after work, followed by dinner of cucumber and mango mixed with a tomato/arugula sauce. Finished the day with another fruit-only smoothie.
Good day. Lots of energy still.
