Day 7 (Jan. 7)
Morning Weight: down .6 lb, with a total loss of 6.2 lbs since Day 1.
Ran on the treadmill for an HIIT run. Today I ramped it up a notch. I made my intensity periods shorter, but more intense and my recover periods shorter. Overall, I burned more calories per minute. The workout was more intense overall. I also did it for 30 minutes instead of 20 (by accident). Finished off with 20 wall push-ups.
At work, I had 3 jars of smoothies as well as an apple and two oranges. After work, a wonderful all fruit smoothie with banana, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries.
Dinner was cucumbers, mango and a raw tomato/spinach sauce.
A good day.
