Jan. 8 (Day 8)
Morning Weight: down 1.4 lbs, with a total loss of 7.4 lbs since Day 1.
No workout this morning.
I had two full jars of fresh juice.
Later, in the day, I drank three jars of green smoothies as well as some sliced cucumbers and apple.
After work I sliced up another apple.
Dinner was zucchini pasta with mushrooms and arugula, with tomato date sauce with onion.
My day ended with a blueberry banana smoothie.
