Day 12 (Jan. 12)
Morning Weight: no change today, with a total loss of 7.8 lbs since Day 1.
Workout: did a shorter HIIT on the treadmill for 15 minutes; followed by 22 tricep dips; and 12 lat pull downs (with bar behind) and 60 bicycle crunches.
I had my delicious jar of fresh juice this morning, with beets and lime for pizazz.
At work today, I had 4 jars smoothies, in addition to a small salad with spinach, mushrooms and red onions. I did put a little bit of balsamic vinegar on the salad. I followed that salad with a banana.
When I got home, I was hungry, so I grabbed three oranges.
I wasn’t that hungry, but I did have a yummy banana-peach smoothie for dinner.
I feel great. I am having some cravings for potato and rice. Interesting. But I’m not craving other things like pizza, cheese, chips, etc. None of the bad stuff.
