Day 13 of 28 Day Raw Food Cleanse

Day 13 (Jan. 13)

Morning Weight: down .6 lbs, with a total loss of 8.4 lbs since Day 1.

No workout today. I could feel how tired I was last night, so I planned for a little extra sleep. I woke up to the alarm, so I was on track with that.

I had my fresh pressed juice this morning.

My day included four jars of smoothies, a tomato, half an apple, and two bananas.

I came home from work and did an incline walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes.

Dinner was a bowl of salad with: grape tomatoes, mushrooms, green onion and arugula with a homemade tomato dressing/sauce (1 roma tomato, two dates, few sprigs of parsley, red onion, sea salt, fresh ground pepper, garlic powder, and a few shakes of dried chili peppers).

Dessert was an entire, deliciously ripe medium-sized pineapple!

Drank about1.5 L of water today.
