Day 14 (Jan. 14)
Morning Weight: up .8 lbs, with a total loss of 7.6 lbs since Day 1.
I slept in because I was up for over an hour in the night…my daughter was coughing for some time.
I had my fresh juice this morning.
Throughout the day, I had 1 jar of fresh juice and 3 jars of smoothies.
My lunch was a salad with mixed greens, tomato and a bit of balsamic vinegar.
After work I enjoyed 2 ripe pears. Yum!
Through the evening, I had a smoothie with 2 bananas, frozen berries and 1 romaine leaf, and then another smoothie with banana and peaches.
Less than 1 L of water today.
