Day 16 (Jan. 16)
Morning Weight: no change, with a total loss of 8.4 lbs since Day 1.
I chose sleep this morning; I didn’t do a run on the treadmill, but I did quick set of 25 wall push-ups, 20 squats and a superman pose for 35 seconds.
I started my day with fresh pressed juice, as usual.
Later in the morning, I had another jar of fresh juice, followed by a smoothie.
My lunch was another smoothie and a salad of romaine lettuce, tomatoes, black olives and a little bit of balsamic vinegar.
In the afternoon, I had another smoothie, and a grapefruit.
For dinner I had a big bowl of raspberries, blueberries and three ripe pears. Absolutely delicious!
Later in the evening I had a big smoothie of three bananas, and some frozen berries.
I drank just under a litre of water today.
