Day 19 of 28 Day Raw Food Cleanse

Day 19 (Jan. 19)

Morning Weight: up .2 lb, with a total loss of 8.8 lbs since Day 1.

Another day with no workout.

I began with my day with fresh juice

Later I had 3 jars smoothies as well as a salad with romaine, tomatoes and balsamic vinegar

In the late afternoon, I ate 2 bananas and 2 oranges.

For dinner, I made a salad with arugula, purple kale, tomatoes, fresh corn (scraped off the cob) and red onion with mango/avocado and parsley dressing. It was delicious!


I ended the day with a banana and blueberry smoothie.

I drank about half a litre of water.
