Day 21 (Jan. 21)
Morning Weight: down .4, with a total loss of 10.0 lbs since Day 1.
I was home today, sick, so I did not follow my usual routine.
I started my day with a green smoothie (collard greens, arugula, banana and frozen pineapple).
Throughout the day, I had three big cups of broth and then a banana and blueberry smoothie.
Not much of an appetite today and drank little water.
