Day 24 of 28 Day Raw Food Cleanse

Day 24 (Jan. 24)

Morning Weight: no change; with a total loss of 14.6 lbs since Day 1.

The last 5 lbs of weight loss have been while I was sick and not eating a lot, so I can’t really count this weight loss as part of my cleanse, unless it is part of the detox. Hard to know.

I drank a big jar of smoothie in the morning. Later on, I had 4 oranges.

In the afternoon, my headaches seemed to be gone, and I gained a little bit of my energy back. I was able to do a couple of loads of laundry.

Towards dinner, my hubbie and I made a salad (first one I’v had in days-just didn’t feel like it, being sick). In we put: tomato, red onion, arugula, fresh cob corn, green pepper, cabbage and avocado. The dressing was blended mango, cilantro, water, garlic, ginger and sea salt.

Then I ate a small bowl of raspberries.

Today, I drank 1.5 litres of water…yay…getting closer to my normal intake.
